All meals are included in our daily resort fee and are buffet style :-
Continental style breakfast , Cereals , Toast , condiments Island made jams, fresh fruits, tea, coffee, juices.
Buffet Lunch and Buffet or Themed Melanesian Dinner , (hot rock , bamboo style , spit roast etc.)
Food selections include the famous Santo Beef organically grown for the export Japanese market, Chicken, Island Pork, Rock Lobster, Crabs, and Fish.
Each dinner includes both hot and cold dishes, vegetables, Pastas, Salads, Fresh fruits, Island made breads and glorious Deserts.
All of the food we serve is organically grown, fresh and prepared by our four Chefs.
We also have a selection of Fine wines, Cocktails, Beers, and Mixed Drinks.
Private dinners, and meals for special diets are available on request.
We also have "theme nights" that include BBQs and Melanesian dishes.
Come for a feast and eat as little or as much as you like.
