The brand new Deluxe Beachfront Villa sits right on the water's edge. It is divided into two parts - A & B - separated by a patio and a communicating hall and doorway.

Either can be rented as a stand-alone Villa or the two can be used for a family with separate entries, bedroom, sitting area, ensuite bathroom, and coffee-tea making facilities.

The A side (shown in the 360° panorama above) is split-level and is the larger of the two units. It has a spacious lounge area and the bedroom has a queen size bed.

The B side (shown below) is smaller and on one level. It has a lounge area, separate entrance, communicating door, a queen size and a single bed.

Both units have tea and coffee making facilities, a stocked mini-bar-fridge, ceiling fan, air conditioning and kwila wood shutters that can be open and closed to regulate the light levels. Between the two units the Deluxe Beachfront Villa can sleep 5 adults.

Between the two rooms there is a shared verandah with a spa.

The ensuite bathroom has a ceramic tiled floor, shelves for clothing, lush towels, hair dryer, and instant gas hot water.

Tap water is rainwater or desalinated water so it is perfectly safe to drink right from the tap and soft for clean, sudsy showers. The resort has it's own high-tech treatment facility to preserve the environment and the quality of the coastal waters and coral reefs.
